I started one step at a time. Literally. Strapped on my sneakers and started moving. I started monitoring what I eat and drastically reduced my alcohol intake. I also took care of my mental wellbeing. I found a great therapist who helped heal my childhood wounds. It took 2 plus years, and I am down 80 lbs and ran my first half marathon in September of 2024.
I want to energize and empower you to prioritize you and your health. Whatever your health and fitness goal might be I will get you there. As an ISSA certified trainer I will meet you where you are. At the gym, at home or virtually to help take the steps to a healthier you.

If your gym allows outside trainers (some major ones do) we can meet there. If you prefer working out at home I will bring basic equipment (dumbbells and kettlebells) to your home. All you need is a dedicated space (free of distractions such as pets or children).
If you are consistent with energizing your life with the habits created with Energize With Lisa, you will notice your clothes fitting looser, and the numbers on your scale going down in 2 weeks or less!
The first 15 minutes are all about you — your goals, your story, and your “why.” Whether you're getting healthier for yourself, to keep up with your kids, or to cross the finish line of your first 5K, I want to understand what drives you.
From there, we’ll map out a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and schedule.
